Shipping Policy
We offer Next Working Day Delivery on all orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12pm.
Orders placed on Fridays before 12pm will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note: Our couriers operate on weekdays only — no deliveries on weekends or bank holidays.
During busy periods such as sales or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so.
To be eligible for a return:
•Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging
•Any sealed products must remain sealed — we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered items for hygiene and safety reasons
Returns can be made in person at our Belfast store, or by post.
•If returning by post, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
•We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your return is processed

We deliver to Northern Ireland and Donegal only. Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12pm are sent out for next working day delivery.

Yes! We offer click & collect from our Belfast store at Unit 9, Holly Business Park, Kennedy Way Industrial Estate, BT11 9DS.
Free parking is available out front and on the side street. Just place your order online and select click & collect at checkout - pickup available during store opening hours.
